Easier said than done (that is because the environment is beautiful but unfortunately people are not) wherever there’s a human presence there is litter and environmental abuse.Which means….guess what??? People are unhappy and unappreciative ( check littering and selfishly driving everywhere. Mr. Singer is correct and the videos are fabulous! If only All people could be like him!!!!

The difficult thing is I’ve experienced so much shame/shaming in my life that my baseline resting body posture is that shame… I try to stand more straight… I try to have dignity, but I’m not even sure what that is. Honestly, kind of a foggy concept for me.

Sam Harris is incredibly intelligent, but it's almost at if it's his/our greatest weakness. Divine wisdom derives from faith, not intelligence. In fact, finding it it requires turning off our monkey brain to transcend the illusion of our minds. All I'm hearing here is Harris struggle with his mind. He is literally running in his own circles. The point is not to fight the mind or require that it agrees. The point is to find our way to wisdom through our inner divinity by allowing it to speak to us. The point is to listen, not think.

When you talk about this energy coming in from behind, i have felt it. It goes up my back. It wakes me up and it feels like energy trying to push its way though my back.
